A coalition of faculty, students and staff connected with public education created Take A Stand! to engage elected officials and candidates for statewide office regarding their positions on support for public education. Take A Stand will inform, discuss and track events throughout the state relating to the state budget and public education.  Several regular posters will appear frequently, including (in no particular order):

• Brigitte Davila: teaches U.S. Government and other courses in Raza Studies in the College of Ethnic Studies. Currently the CFA – SFSU Chapter Political Action Chair. Tagline: B.D.
